The course is suitable for those who have frequent contact with customers by telephone i.e. in customer service, call centres, switchboard or help desks.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Create the right image of your company and yourself.
• Handle customer calls efficiently in a friendly courteous manner.
• Speak with clarity and adopt a structured, professional approach when handling calls.
• Manage difficult and aggressive callers, and resolve problems promptly.
• Listen and ask the right questions and effectively deal with enquiries, messages and complaints.
• Close calls by summarising agreed actions with the caller and by accurately recording details.
